MuonIdentification 

Ntuple Structure:

The output ntuple from MuonIdentifcation has the following blocks:

MUTRUTH(before was KINE)   --> kine info
INDET  -->  inner detector reconstruction
MOORE(before was RECO) --> Moore reconstruction
MUIDINIT --> MuidInit step
STANDMU --> Muid Standalone
COMB  --> Muid Combined

The variables in the other blocks are the same as in the MOORE block:
moreover, there are the following additional  variables:


MUTRUTH  :
                             iflgmo  =1  if the kine info is at vertex
                                           = 2   if the kine info is at the entrance of MuonSpectrometer
                                           = 3 if the kine info is at exit of MuonSpectrometer

MUIDINIT :
                             notruthin = 0  no truth track associated
                                               = 2  with truth track associated

STANDMU :
                             trelossmu  :  simulated energy loss
                             prelossmu : parametrised energy loss
                             fitcodemu : stand alone fit code,  fitcode>0 means  bad refit !!!
                             enelossmu : reconstructed energy loss
                             emlossmu : e.m. reconstructed energy loss
                             tilelossmu : Tile reconstructed energy loss
                             lareclossmu : hadronic LAr reconstructed energy loss
                             eneisomu : reconstructed energy loss  in an isolation windows
                             enecorrmu : corrected reconstructed energy loss
COMB :
                              nstaindexcb : index of the corresponding stand alone track
                              nidindexcb : index of the corresponding inner detector track
                              fitcodecb : combined fit code,  fitcode>0 means  bad refit !!!
                             chi2mcb : chi2 of the matching
                             chi2mprcb : chi2 probability of matching
