How to use the data files 


HF output 

The HF outputs show the output of the code.
After the input data and the interaction, in q space, it shows the
results for every interation up to when convergence is reached. 
The output after LAST CALL FOR RPA OUTPUT is obtained at convergence
to produce hole and particle wave functions for the RPA use. 

The coding of the quantum numbers.

a)    0 - hole states
      1 - particle states

b)    0 - neutrons
      1 - protons

c)    Principal quantum number, starting from 1 (number of nodes -1)

d)    l - orbital angular momentum

e)    k=j+1/2 with j total angula momentum
