The Proceedings of the II Italian-Pakistani Workshop on Relativistic Astrophysics will appear as a special issue of General Relativity and Gravitation (Eds: Prof. R. Ruffini, Prof. A. Qadir, Prof. F. De Paolis and Prof. G. Ellis). The authors are invited to read carefully the journal policy that can be found on the General Relativity and Gravitation web page. The authors that intend to submit their contribution are invited to use the journal page format.
