Please fill in the online Hotel reservation form even if you cannot give exact details about your travel plan. You may complete the form later on.
PARTICIPANTS ARE INFORMED THAT VERY FEW SINGLE ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE AND, THEREFORE, WE CANNOT MEET ALL THE REQUESTS. OLDER PARTICIPANTS WILL BE PRIVILEGED.
IF WE DON'T RECEIVE YOUR RESERVATION UNTIL MAY 12 YOUR PARTICIPATION WILL BE CANCELLED.
Please note in particular that June 22 is the programmed arrival day and July 1st is the programmed departure day.
To confirm your participation, if not financially supported by the Organizing Committee, you are kindly requested to make a non-refundable advance payment of euro 150 (cost of the registration) at the bank account quoted below. The balance of the participation fee will be paid upon arrival at the hotel reception.
Additional information will be posted on the workshop website, please check periodically.
We plan to publish Proceedings of the Workshop (see below).

A preliminary programme will be scheduled based on the information received through the Hotel reservation form. It will be posted on the workshop website as soon as possible, where you will find also the preliminary list of the contributors and the participants list. Please check there and inform us about any missing and/or incorrect information, changes, etc.

As soon as your travel plans are defined, please inform us: we'll be able to organize a better transportation service from Brindisi/Lecce to Gallipoli and put your lecture/poster presentation during your permanence.

ORGANIZATIONAL MATTER
The Workshop will take place at the Hotel "Ecoresort LE SIRENE'" in Gallipoli (Lecce). The hotel is located about 4 km south of Gallipoli, by the sea.
The closest airport is in Brindisi. The airport in Bari has no direct connection to Lecce or Gallipoli but there are some train connections (see www.trenitalia.com). The closest Railway station is located in Lecce. There is a local train connection between Lecce and Gallipoli but it takes a long time to get there.
No other public transportation is available, but starting from the middle of June special bus lines, at a moderate fare, will cover different sites in Salento (one of the bus stop is located close to the Hotel). Check at the website www.salentoinbus.com.

ARRIVAL DAY (June 22)
Special free transportation (either in the morning or in the afternoon/evening) from the Brindisi airport and the Lecce Railway station to the Hotel in Gallipoli will be organized. Participants who have informed us about their travel plans will take advantage of it. Since Gallipoli is not well connected with Lecce (and the rest of the Apulia as well) people arriving without announcing their plan will be forced to use a taxi service or the slowly local train connection.
People arriving on different days are kindly requested to inform us in advance, so we can try (if possible) to pick them up, or provide them with detailed information on the best way to get to Gallipoli. Please check at the "Transportation" link on this website. If you arrive in Gallipoli by a local train or by bus, or if you arrive in Brindisi or Lecce in different days, please call the secratariat at the Hotel " Le Sirene' ".

PROCEEDINGS
Proceedings of the Workshop will be published by the journal "Theoretical and Mathematical Physics".
The contributions will pass the standard refereeing and editing procedure for the articles.
