HOW TO GET THE VISA

Please note. The new european procedure to obtain a Schengen visa needs more time than before to be performed. People who want to join the conference and need an invitation letter to get the visa, are strongly recommended to inform us as soon as possible in order to speed the visa issuing.
At this purpose people are kindly requested to inform us about the exact content of the letter as requested by the enbassy/consulate
